Could you provide a brief overview of the group and its business activities?
Our group has been in existence for over 75 years, currently celebrating its 76th year. We have maintained a steadfast focus on the energy sector. Our company primarily operates within the energy and infrastructure domains, consisting of five businesses, all of which are energy-centric. We also place a significant emphasis on sustainable energy solutions, striving to offer our customers a range of hybrid and diverse energy solutions with the goal of reducing their energy costs. We provide a comprehensive suite of solutions under one roof.
At this renewable energy-focused exhibition, could you please explain your commitment to this field?
We entered the renewable energy sector approximately 12 years ago. Our involvement spans various aspects, including solar panel manufacturing, rooftop solar solutions, and solar land-based EPC solutions. Currently, we possess over 200 MW of IPP installations in India, and we are actively increasing our solar panel production capacities. Additionally, we have a dedicated division for solar ONA, further solidifying our significant presence in the solar renewables industry. We believe our position in this field is distinctive.
Regarding the expansion of your solar panel manufacturing, could you provide further details on this matter?
Our previous capacity, until approximately a month ago, stood at about 600 MW. We are in the process of expanding it to approximately 1.2 GW by the end of this calendar year. Additionally, we have plans to establish another plant shortly, which will add an additional 1 GW. Therefore, within the next year, we anticipate having a total capacity of over 2 GW.
Is there a specific product that stands out for your company at this exhibition that you would like to discuss?
Our company’s distinct position lies in our ability to offer both solar panels and energy storage. It’s rare to find a company that provides an in-house energy storage solution alongside solar panels. Throughout the day, we’ve noticed a substantial increase in interest and demand for our energy storage solution at this exhibition. Looking ahead, government policies suggest an increase in grid power rates during peak hours. Energy storage is expected to play a significant role in meeting customer needs by allowing them to store and use energy during these peak periods.
Could you please explain your dedication to the industry?
With a heritage spanning 75 years, we have a firm commitment to the industry and a long-lasting presence in the future. Our organization focuses on sustainable energy solutions and is unwavering in its commitment to sustainability. Our primary objective is to simplify people’s lives by offering a wide range of energy solutions.
