We deal in machine tools and metrology equipment so Nikon is well known for their Optics and measuring equipment. So here we are showcasing one of the leading visions measuring equipment which is a CNC one we can do an automatic inspection of parts for all types of industries from Aerospace, Automotive, and Education, as well as ancillaries for Automotive Parts. This equipment is available in three different sizes so we are showcasing middle-range equipment. The advantage of this equipment is that it can be used measurement can be done using a camera. We can also interface plug-in laser probes as well as touch Pro for different dimensional inspections. So this is the idle vision measuring system which has all three types of probing Systems. Apart from the Nikon CLC video measuring system we also deal with their measuring microscopes, stereo microscope inverted microscopes, upright microscope, or industrial and metrological application.

We are here to introduce to the Indian market mainly our solutions in Optical Grinding. We have already been in Indian markets for several years working together with MTI in the camshaft and crankshaft industry or solutions. Working mainly for the automotive industry. However, as I explained our focus starting with this exhibition is putting all of our focus with our partner MTI is put more focus into Optical Grinding and we have already seen several customers, potential customers in these industries. We are also working closely with electrical vehicle shafts which we believe is one of the future potentials that India has got to give and we believe that our solutions will prove that the Indian market, especially in Electrical Vehicles, will grow in the future strong without our solutions.

We have been very active, major players for Cam and Crank in India. We have created enough impact in the market with our machines for Cam and Crank. now it’s time for us to enter the less forbidden road, which is for Optics and also for Electrical Vehicles so yes, I welcome everyone from India to acutest Landis Optics and EV grinding Solutions.

Grindex is established in 2003 by separation from a big government company that used to employ 6000 people. They used to produce a lot of different machines special Turning machines, Surface Grinding machines. In 2003, we established our own company named Grindex and we transferred all the technology, the people, and the know-how and continue to produce cylindrical granny machines following the latest European Union standards. At this moment we are producing cylindrical grinding machines for the external grinder. For external grinding for Universal external plus internal and we have also the machines for Thread Grinding both for internal external and also tabs. This is our fourth time participating at IMTEX, from 2015 we are collaborating with Machine Tools India we have had very fruitful cooperation thus we look forward to having many more jobs in the future.

We are a German company and we are producing Optical Measurement Systems and we are together with the MTI representing the surface Metrology tools. We are into the analysis of the measurement for the flatness, roughness, waviness, and form deviations by using optical techniques. it’s about the white light interferometer in the resolution in the level of nanometre and especially for the applications in which you need precision paths it should be the ideal solution without contacting the surface to get surface information with high data quality here you also see some kind of applications that we also analyze for the applications from the industry direct in the production or close to production. I think together with the MTI team we will support the applications here in the Indian customers and for the Indian industrial applications, I’m happy to be here.
